Mooring expertise and technical services
TEHO Ropes has more than 35 years of combined experience and a deep understanding of mooring lines and tails. It was a logical step for us to become an early adopter and supplier of mooring equipment in full accordance with the MEG4 Guidelines. To further improve maritime safety, our facilities offer a comprehensive suite of technical services:
- User guidelines for steel wire and synthetic fibre ropes, as part of the Line Management Plan
- Residual strength testing of used lines and tails, to evaluate their remaining operational life
- Tensile testing
- In-house design and fabrication of tailored rope and chain products
